Turn a client brief into a campaign draft your team can review.
Keep the brief, source notes, drafts and approval together. Each client gets a board your team can open: research notes, drafts in the client’s voice, a claims and brand check, and an approval step before anything reaches the client.
An account is all you need to start. No card while checkout isn’t open. Live drafts need your own AI key, and nothing is published for you.
How one client brief becomes a campaign package
-
Step 1 · The brief
A client brief starts the week.
Paste it in or fill a short form: the goal, the audience, the offer and anything the client said to avoid.
-
Step 2 · Research
A research agent builds the packet.
It reads the brief and the client’s reference material, is told to put a source next to every fact, and notes open questions for the client.
-
Step 3 · Drafts
A writer drafts in the client’s voice.
Posts, emails and landing copy for the week, written from the brief, the research and the client’s style guide.
-
Step 4 · Check and approve
A checker flags what needs a person.
It is asked to mark unsupported claims, off-brand wording and missing sources. Then someone on your team edits the drafts and approves them or sends them back.
One board per client, one system for the agency.
Each client keeps its own brief, voice and references. Boards can hand work to each other, so one research desk and one approval step can serve every client. In the sample, each step shows an answer written in advance; with your own AI key, the same board runs live.
Same board, every deliverable you repeat.
Pick a deliverable to see the board set up for it. Each one ends with your team’s approval.
What lands in your team’s queue each week.
One package per client per week. Every part can be opened, edited and run again before anything goes out. With your own AI key each step runs live; in the sample, each step shows an answer written in advance.
Research packet
What the brief asks for, the facts the client’s material supports, and the questions still open. The AI is told to put a source next to every fact.

Claims and brand check
A checklist of every claim, whether the research backs it, and any wording that breaks the client’s rules or voice.

Approval step
The drafts and the check in one place for the account lead, who can edit the drafts, then approve them or send them back. The decision is saved with who made it and when.

Revision notes
When your team sends a package back, the note goes with it, so the redraft fixes that problem instead of starting over.

A board you can see inside
The whole workflow is a board of parts. Change a prompt, swap the AI model, or add a step, and replay last week’s run to compare.

What it does today, and what it doesn’t.
AI tools are easy to overpromise. Here is exactly where Breadboard stands, so your team knows what is a sample, what is live and what doesn’t exist yet.
Everything runs on a board your team can open. On Starter and up, bring your own AI key for Claude, GPT or almost any other model and pay the provider directly, with no markup from us.
Beyond campaigns, the same builder handles any workflow you can draw, with 70+ parts and a Custom API part (Starter and up) that reaches almost any AI.
Status September 2026
Who it’s for.
Agencies of about 5 to 30 people
Owner-led, with several clients on recurring content or campaign work.
A deliverable you repeat every week
You can describe it, you know roughly how many staff hours it takes, and it goes through review before the client sees it.
A person who signs off
Someone on the team reads every package before the client does, and can say what a good one looks like.
Probably not a fit yet
If you need posts published automatically, deep integrations with your clients’ tools, or work with sensitive customer data.
For studios and agencies: one desk for every client.
The Studio and Agency plans include the Agency desk: one page in the builder that reads every board and run, and tells you what needs a person this morning. It is in the builder now.
Client map
Every board, what it is for, which boards it hands work to and how it last went. The map check flags links to deleted boards, deleted keys, AI steps with no key, missing descriptions and duplicate names, with the fix for each.
- BOARDS
- HAND-OFFS
- MAP CHECK
Routines with caps
Every scheduled board in one table: on or off, next run, last result and runs today. Each routine has a daily cap you set, the workspace has an hourly cap, and a routine whose last three scheduled runs failed pauses itself.
- DAILY CAP
- HOURLY CAP
- AUTO-PAUSE
Morning digest
A plain summary of the last day: runs, failures, approvals waiting on a person, what is due today and what the map check found. It is written from your run history, with no AI and nothing sent.
- FAILURES
- WAITING
- DUE TODAY
Readings, not records
The desk never becomes the place where a fact lives. Each panel says when it read your workspace and marks itself stale when newer runs exist. The boards stay the one source of truth.
- AS OF
- STALE MARKERS
- READ AGAIN
Coming later: today routines run only while the builder is open in a tab. An always-on server that keeps them running and emails the digest is planned. It will draft and never send, so client work still stops for a person.

What a message means: one typical AI step or chat reply, about 3,000 tokens in and 1,500 out. A board with three AI steps uses three a run, and a message to a project’s manager uses one for the manager plus one for each agent it asks. Each plan’s AI is shared out over 5-hour windows and weeks so it lasts the month, and the builder shows how much you’ve used as a percent. AI through your own key never counts toward it. Allowances may change.
Cancelling and support: email breadboardstudio@gmail.com and a person will reply. Checkout isn’t open yet, so nothing has been charged and there is nothing to cancel. Before checkout opens, this page will say how quickly we answer and how to cancel.
Optional: help setting up your first real workflow.
You don’t need this to use Breadboard or any plan. If your team would rather have help, we can run a four-week assisted pilot on one real deliverable. It is priced after a written scope, provisionally $750 to $1,500.
Week 1: map it together
Pick one deliverable you repeat, like one client’s weekly social package. We walk through how your team does it today and set up the board with you.
Weeks 2 and 3: run it for real
Real briefs go in and drafts come out on your AI key. Your team reviews and approves as usual, and we fix whatever slows them down.
Week 4: measure and decide
We compare staff time and revision rounds with your normal process. If it isn’t clearly better, you stop there.
Assisted setup is the only thing here that involves a person from Breadboard. It is not required, and it is not a sign-up for a plan.
Ask about setup helpQuestions.
Is the sample real AI?
No. It is an interactive demo. Harbor Dental is a made-up client, and each AI step shows an answer written in advance. You can edit the drafts and approve them or send them back, but no AI runs and nothing is looked up. Add your own AI key in the builder to run the same board live.
What does it cost?
Free is available now: the sample and the builder. Plans are Starter at $7.99, Pro at $19.99 and Studio at $99.99 a month, and Agency is a custom plan agreed with you. Paying yearly costs 10 times the monthly price, so 12 months for the price of 10. Checkout isn’t open yet, so nothing is charged today. The Custom API part is on Starter and up. Setup help is optional and priced separately.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Creating an account is how you open the builder, the sample campaign and the Agency desk. It takes an email address and a password, and no card while checkout isn’t open.
What is the Agency desk?
A page in the builder, included in the Studio and Agency plans, that reads every board and run: a client map with a check for anything broken, routines with daily and hourly caps that pause after three failures in a row, and a morning digest written without AI. The always-on server that will keep routines running with the tab closed is coming later.
How much AI does each plan include?
Each plan includes a monthly amount of AI on Breadboard’s keys. Starter has about 142 Claude Sonnet messages, Pro about 190 Claude Opus or 380 Sonnet, and Studio about 952 Opus or 1,904 Sonnet. A message is one typical AI step or reply. AI through your own key, which is on Starter and up, never counts. AI on Breadboard’s keys is built but switched off until plans launch.
Does it publish to social media or email lists for us?
No. It produces drafts and your team approves them. Posting, scheduling and sending stay in the tools you already use. We will only add publishing once it is built and tested.
Where does the research come from?
From the brief and the reference material you give it, read by the AI you connect. The AI is told to list a source for every fact, and the check flags any claim the research doesn’t back. It does not search the web. In the sample, the research notes were written in advance.
What should we not put in it yet?
Keep to briefs and public or approved reference material. Please don’t add sensitive customer data such as health, financial or personal records.
Which AI does it use?
On Starter and up, bring your own key for Claude, GPT or almost any other model and pay that provider directly. AI on Breadboard’s own keys is built but switched off. It will only be switched on with a plan that states its monthly limit, never “unlimited”.
How do we get help or cancel?
Email breadboardstudio@gmail.com and a person will reply. Checkout isn’t open yet, so nothing has been charged and there is nothing to cancel. Before checkout opens, this site will say how quickly we answer and how to cancel.
What is setup help?
An optional four-week assisted pilot. We set up one real deliverable with you, such as a weekly social package for one client, run it for four weeks, and compare staff time and revision rounds with how you normally work. It is priced after a written scope, provisionally $750 to $1,500.
Do we need to code?
No. Each workflow is a board of parts you can open, read and change. There is a Code part for anyone who wants it.
Can we use the builder for other jobs?
Yes. The builder is a general workflow tool with 70+ parts. The sample focuses on one campaign deliverable because that is where the difference is easiest to see.
Want help with your first real workflow?
Leave your work email to ask about setup help. It’s optional: your account is all you need for the sample and the builder.
